Eisenach. The Raben Group officially opened its expanded Eisenach location in June. The logistics service provider invested a total of 6.5 million euros to expand its Thuringian branch, which employs around 165 people and offers comprehensive logistics solutions, primarily for customers in the automotive industry, the metal and packaging industry, the paper processing sector, and the road construction and building industry. As an important reason for the expansion, Ewald Raben, CEO of the Raben Group, says “Eisenach is not only centrally located in the middle of Germany, but also brings together markets in Western and Eastern Europe.” The additional space makes it possible to optimally react to the rise in demand for logistic storage facilities.” (gro)
