In Eisfeld a state-of-the-art production facility will be built on a 8.7 hectare site with an annual output capacity of 140,000 tons of corrugated cardboard. The new plant will require an investment of 50 million euros and will create about 50 jobs.
Production is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2019. Progroup's new plant heightens ist Leadership position in the market for corrugated cardboard in Central Europe. Innovations in digitizing the manufacturing process, as well as in energy efficiency and soundproofing are planned.
